Canon wanted to demonstrate the capability of their ColorStream 6000 digital inkjet press to print on label cards and how brands can leverage this ability to print projects like coupons or customer loyalty cards. The sample needed to be a self-mailer with two cards, and the piece also needed to include variable printing to highlight the value of personalization. Plus, each piece needed to showcase the ColorStream’s power to produce stunning full-color print that incorporates texture.

Solution

We created a fictitious brand for a hardware store, Top Notch Tools, using vibrant color and design components to put the print quality of the ColorStream front and center. The tri-fold self-mailer includes two perforated loyalty cards complete with variable data and barcodes to drive home how Canon’s inkjet press can be a versatile solution in helping brands print direct mail marketing pieces that better engage a target audience. 

The tri-fold mailer is cut and folded to illustrate how the ColorStream can help print high-quality self-mailers for a range of applications, and the superior caliber of the customer loyalty cards delivers the idea that print can be a vital tool in strengthening customer loyalty and relationships.
